Managed Cloud customers using ApplicationInsights in East US may have experienced increased latency or minor delays when accessing monitoring data between 22:00 UTC on August 10 2019 and 2:55 UTC on August 11 2019. Azure technicians restarted a relevant backend service and the issue has now been successfully mitigated.
