Email Cloud - Intermittent service availability issues due to vendor incident

Underlying Email Cloud vendor, SparkPost, has reported various API errors and latency. Check more details at

Impact: Sitecore EXM and Email Cloud customers might have experienced increased latency and intermittent errors on various EXM actions requiring direct connection to Sparkpost API under the hood.

Resolution: This incident has been resolved already by vendor, so no further impact on Sitecore customers.
