There's an issue with Azure storage which might cause an error when provisioning new xDB and Managed cloud sets (or Rename, Delete, etc. ) and creating new mlab deployment. Existing customers are not affected.
Microsoft engineers have applied mitigation and are in the final stages of validating that there is no further impact.
