From for 12:00 AM UTC on Thurs March 26th to 12:00 PM UTC on Thurs March 26th the Sitecore Managed Cloud platform will complete routine security maintenance. This work should be transparent to all customers and all active subscriptions and applications should work as expected during the maintenance period.
In case a customer experiences any problems, they should contact their Customer Success Manager (CSM) or create a ticket in the Sitecore Service Portal. Please see https://kb.sitecore.net/articles/654910 for details on this standard process.
